Caravans and Cabins require first night's fee as deposit within 7 days of booking. During mid and peak seasons, a deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking, with balance payable on arrival at the park.
There is a minimum $20 administration fee on all cancellations. In mid and peak seasons, cancellations 14 days or less notice will only have balance of deposit paid if accommodation can be re-booked. Any further refund will be at our absolute discretion, depending upon each circumstance. We do not refund for early departure. |
